I did a clean up of a rough sketch for one of my classes.

Leave a comment and let me know which one you like the best!

Just for fun

Hey it's been a long time everyone.  I've been working a lot these days and life's been busy in general.  I'm still alive though!

I hope you all had great summer.  Here is a quick doodle I did for a mental break.

Cheers,

Gavin

Illustrations for the Milken Review

Recently I was commissioned to do some illustrations for the Milken review.  It was a financial article about the global monetary system.  Pretty interesting stuff actually.

Anyways, here are some of the illustrations I created!

Cheers,

Gavin

Doodle of the day

Quick sketch done in TVPaint, it's a pretty nice program just for drawing...It's cool that it'll record my drawings too.

Take care,

G

Shadow man

This is a new piece that I submitted to the Nelvana winter art show...I changed the format slightly though, the one I submitted has the top extended to fit a 13x19 paper.  I kind of like it both ways.

Hope you like it.

Digital Sketchbook Dump

A few sketches I did in TVPaint a while back when I first got my Asus slate computer.  Mostly just random doodles in in TVPaint while I was riding the subway, plus a few other images either done at home again using TVPaint and one done in Photoshop (I still use that program sometimes!).

I'm going to make more of an effort to start show more work that I do outside of character design, like some 3d stuff and environment work that I've been practicing for the last little while.
